Our Pricing Policy
The prices of the artwork are listed in US dollars. If you wish
to make a payment without using a credit card, we will accept
money order or certified check. If you wish to make a payment
in non-US funds, please contact us at sales@ucanbuyart.com and we will assist you.
Our Privacy Policy
We believe in keeping your confidential information just that...confidential.
We will only use your personal information to enhance your experience,
but we will never sell your name or information to another company.
Our Return Policy
All original art and limited edition purchases made online are
backed by our one week, money-back guarantee. If you wish to
make a return, e-mail us at sales@ucanbuyart.com within seven (7) days of receipt to notify us of the return.
We will send you instructions on where to ship the item. We
ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing
materials and container provided by the artist. Returns must
be insured for their full value. The cost of returning unwanted
purchases rests with the customer. After we receive your return,
we will credit your credit card or issue you a check for the
price of the artwork. Shipping costs will not be refunded except
in the case of damage.
Artwork which is received damaged
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find
the artwork damaged, contact us immediately at sales@ucanbuyart.com.
Please do not discard the packaging materials. When you call
us, we will discuss a replacement, refund or credit - your choice.
A replacement will be shipped to you at no charge. Unfortunately,
replacements are not available for one of a kind works.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the item.
You will be shown the shipping and handling charges on the "Purchase
Verification" page before you finalize your purchase. In the
case where shipping and handling are not predetermined, you
can choose to pay C.O.D. or to make a second payment with your
credit card. We will contact at that time to determine the exact
cost for your location. If the item requires special packaging,
such as a crate, there may be additional shipping and handling
costs. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping
and handling costs, please contact us. Please have the item
number handy when you call. Since each piece is shipped to you
directly from the artist, delivery times and shipping costs
will vary. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within
two weeks of ordering it. Some items, depending on size and
availability, can be delivered via faster methods for an additional
charge.
Receiving Orders
You can generally assume that if you buy an item that an artist
has in stock, you will receive it within two to three weeks
of placing your order. Delivery times do vary, however, based
on product availability and the nature of the unique work. If
you ordered from more than one artist or gallery, the items
will be shipped separately.
Canceling or Changing an Order
If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at sales@ucanbuyart.com.
If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return
it to us. We are able to handle purchases from outside the US
and Canada; there are, however, no returns on these purchases.
The same applies for items shipped to a location outside the
US and Canada. If you are making a purchase as described above,
please complete the shopping process in full and we will contact
you via e-mail about any additional shipping charges.
